The Client is seeking a BA2 consultant to support the rewrite of the Vehicle Registration and Driver License Systems, by gathering and documenting functional requirements, validating existing requirements, and driving the creation of a sustainable documentation process to be used for the project as well as for documenting any future changes to the system. This resource will also be an active participant within an Agile team; specifically, with the creation of Story Cards and Acceptance Criteria. Required Skills: * Experience working directly with end users to define requirements and provide technical advice/assistance in large scale environments * Experience working in a team oriented, collaborative agile environment * Experience conducting JAD sessions to clarify business requirements with SMEs * Experience with UML Diagrams, business model diagrams, process flow and flow charts etc * Experience defining test strategies, acceptance criteria, bug fixing and issue resolution * Experience in coordinating and supporting user acceptance testing (UAT) * Experience working independently and as part of a team * Excellent communication, and interpersonal skills * All roles and responsibilities as listed in BA1 plus the following * Experience interviewing non technical users to determine and document current business process flows * Experience in Team Foundation Server (TFS) * Experience in Business Process re-engineering * Experience with knowledge transfer to staff Desired Skills: * BA Certification   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
