This position is accountable to help maintain, provide end user support and configure Information Technology (IT) PMO project management system. The clients IT uses Microsoft Project Server (EPM) as its project management tool. This tool also serves as the project team collaboration, reporting, scheduling and planning tool for all technology projects at the client. The tool is used by both IT and non-IT users throughout the organization. The incumbent is accountable for providing support to all users both inside and outside of the IT department. This person is also accountable to help maintain, provide end user support and configure Microsoft SharePoint tool which is both integrated into Project Server (EPM) as part of its project management tool and as a standalone site. This person must also be a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on all the data and content of the EPM system. They must also be knowledgeable on the PMBOK project management methodologies as this drives the content and data in the EPM system. The IT department also uses EPM as it time accounting system. This feature also requires end user support.
