Decision Making / Problem Solving: *Applies existing guidelines and procedures to make varied decisions within a department.*Uses sound judgment and experience to solve moderately complex problems.*Uses some independent judgment to identify problems and recommend solutions. Technical Skills/Knowledge: *In-depth knowledge of several applications, SME, business acumen, organization, versatility, interpersonal, client focus. *Broad/versatile knowledge of debit and credit products and services, and the business and technical processes used to enable those products and services. *In-depth understanding of infrastructure engineering with baseline knowledge of application architecture, integration architecture and data architecture. *Significant knowledge of requirements engineering and familiarity with at least one software development lifecycle methodology. *Baseline understanding of project management. *Ability to independently facilitate complex data gathering and requirements meetings. *Ability to develop and manage critical success factors. *Strong computer proficiency, particularly MS Office Suite, including Excel. *Strong diagramming proficiency, preferably with MS Visio. *Strong logical reasoning skills, with the ability to solve problems. *Strong professional communication skills, both written and verbal. *Good leadership and decision making skills, with the ability to influence others. Minimum Job-Related Experience: Bachelor Degree from a 4-year college or university in the area of Systems/Technology desired (work experience in financial systems may be substituted).
