Ramping up 3 scrum teams 5 different streams of work Existing team hybrid Agile release structure – bringing in additional data in to systems and delivering through services – made of SMEs Embedded team - Changing entire process of how they set up new assets – how trade is set up when new asset comes in – take in a trade, identify it needs new asset and then how to deliver 3 scrum teams: Coach oversees these 3 teams – Coach will take 1 team themselves Counterparty vs asset data – what program needs and put together solutions to put together those needs Client data – will look at custom data – will help clarify what those needs are and develop solutions 2 high level components of this team: looking at changing strategic operating model and that will drive team to his team – all other work he talked about, will use this last team to determine if there is data quality needs to support development as to not distract from development. Scrum teams – is new structure for Ronnie, so thats why he needs experience scrum masters who have experience standing up teams Agile BAs must have had experience working on scrum teams BAs: With expectation for being on scrum teams – business needs will be in place – they wont have knowledge Agile knowledge so needs someone who can work closely with SME and technology, then put them in stories and work with technology and testing and then hand back to SMEs to ensure success criteria was met. Intermediary work between collaboration and cooperation to keep things moving forward in scrum environment. All documentation done in JIRA. People with industry knowledge is valuable but not critical. Top 3 criteria: Personality – must be able to work with various personalities, different perspectives from SME, IT and testing person, must be organized. Knowledge on right way to write JIRA requirements. Looking for BA to drive elaboration, drive elicitation of what requirements are. Make sure requirements are clear. BA Description: Candidate will work with SMEs and document stories in Jira document structure. Strong Agile BA experience and Jira knowledge. • Collaborates with business and technology resources to define the product backlog and create, elaborate, vet, and validate user stories. • As part of the cross-functional scrum team, often plays multiple roles including user interface design, test planning and execution, and in some cases, simplistic software development. •Candidate must have Strong BA Skills. •Knowledge of Asset Types, Trade, and Funding accounting processes is a plus. •Candidate must be a strong team player and must be able to build relationships. Scrum Masters: Will need to drive. Ensure people are executing on tasks, reporting out tasks of whats happening. Make sure they work within their standard and keep making sure theyre getting the work done. Purist will not be a good fit – will have to report out in waterfall manner.
