MyServices is a public-facing application (portal and mobile applications) used by constituents and authorized users to access benefit information for programs such as MassHealth, the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) through the Department of Transitional Assistance (DTA) and health insurance through the Commonwealth Health Insurance Connector Authority (the Health Connector). This procurement includes management and engineering services to maintain and enhance previously released modules of the application. The chosen bidder will partner with EOHHS staff to ensure application performance, stability and integrity continues to meet business needs. As it is a public-facing application, EOHHS expects MyServices to remain operational 24 hours per day, 7 days per week. The chosen bidder will work with EOHHS to design and implement enhancements to MyServices, in addition to operational responsibilities. In connection with this RFQ, EOHHS is acting on behalf of itself, DTA and the Commonwealth Health Insurance Connector Authority. This RFQ is issued under ITS81 – IT Project Services & GIS (ITS81), Category 2: Software Operations and Support Services.
