Experience/Preferred Skills Required: • 8+ years of experience working on large scale, complex projects. • 5+ years of SNAP, TANF or other economic assistance program expertise. • 7+ years of experience in leading requirements capture, management and analysis activities, including conducting user interviews, leading and facilitating JAD sessions, and developing business process models and formal specifications • Web portal development and implementation experience • Experience with UI/UX design • Business Analysis Process (SDLC, documentation procedures) experience. • Excellent impact analysis and prioritization skills within program and development teams • Excellent analytical skills, the ability to integrate information from multiple sources to execute effectively and efficiently in a dynamic environment • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills at all level of the organization • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, be a team player, and be well organized and efficient with excellent judgment, problem-solving and decision-making skills • Excellent customer relation skills including presentation and meeting facilitation. • High-level of technical expertise data transfer, data integration and data integrity • Bachelors Degree or Masters Degree.   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
