Background The Oregon Department of Fish and Wildlife (ODFW) currently administers a public website that hosts a tremendous amount of useful information for a variety of users. The website is an effective communication platform for the agency, but has remained static in respect to navigation and versatility. In order to better serve our customers, we believe we should capitalize on emerging technologies to better deliver content. Objective ODFWs objective is to develop a plan for implementing and developing a future website that meets its internal and external audiences needs. The future website will be easy to navigate, easily maintained, delivers rich content, scaleable and able to be displayed across various platforms and operating systems. Task / Deliverables ODFW seeks a qualified contractor to perform: * a needs assessment that prioritizes the agencies business requirements * develop a roadmap for implementing and building a future website, which includes, but not limited to: o phased project plan o addresses agency technical requirements o rough cost estimate o general timeline o statement of work for RFP for implementation phase Resources ODFW will designate a team to help facilitate the project.
