These resources will be assigned to a large initiative at ExactTarget to localize all applications as the Marketing Hub is moving to Japan. Part of the localization initiative is making fundamental changes to support the Japanese character sets. Currently there are 40-50 people impacting this project. These resources will also be responsible for validating any regression findings.
