This role requires hands-on software testing experience and strong Windows/ Android skills. Strong communication and analytic skills with an interest in learning new technology/tools in a fast-paced environment is also a must. Responsibilities: Understanding overall project goals and scope Work on an agile team of other QA engineers and Software Engineers Analyzing business requirements and functional specifications to identify test strategy Designing clear test scenarios to validate usability, functionality, performance and data integrity Participate in performance and load testing Run automated test scripts Launch and post launch support/monitoring Developing, executing and maintaining test cases Demonstrate knowledge of traditional testing methodologies and practices for product testing including, functional, regression, integration, performance and system testing. Developing SOP, release notes, informational documents, and guides Demonstration of new functionalities during sprint review Test integration with software and hardware Isolating, reporting and verifying resolved software defects Leading and providing direction to more junior QA Engineers Continue to improve approach to quality Requirements: 3-5 years of experience in software testing Experience defining test strategies and writing clear, concise and comprehensive test cases Strong knowledge of Windows 8 and Android Detailed Oriented Strong communication and analytic skills Past experience driving, leading, or taking ownership of specific tasks or projects Past experience mentoring new recruits Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio) Knowledge of bug tracking tools Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process Experience with software and Hardware testing integration Plus but not required: Hands-on experience with automated testing tools White/grey box testing Experience creating automated tests using Selenium Web Driver, HTML, CSS, Java, Python, and JavaScript Knowledge of GIT repository, Visual studio, TFS Soft skills: Excellent communication Effective time management and prioritization skills Ability to manage multiple projects in an agile environment Ability to work in a high-pressure environment Ability to rapidly resolve issues and recognize when escalation is necessary Good analytical, interpersonal and communication skills Fast Learner Team Player Ability to drive a project while mentoring junior candidates   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
