This would include making the calls or notification to Dell Support, opening the SRs either online or on the phone, requesting/installing the replacement parts. This would allow us hand over the system in a 100% working state for the customer to implement their OS and applications. - Perform the required troubleshooting of server issues when new support cases are opened with Dell Support. - Parts replacement on existing Dell Servers this would include, all serviceable parts in a server, Hard drive/SSD , power supplies, I/O cards, BOSS, Motherboard, etc. - Upon receipt of new servers at data centers, do physical system power on and base configuration of the iDRAC. - For regular servers, non-Nutanix systems, this would include installing the latest qualified HW Firmware and BIOS and hard drive firmware. - Replacing, retention and processing of failed hard drives/SSDs from the Dell Servers. - Establish regular monthly cadence meetings with Dell Sales and pre-sales teams to ensure SOW and customer expectations are being met. - Hours are from 8PM to 5AM (M-F)   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
