Strong Excel skills required, SQL query writing perferred The Analyst in CSPM will perform complex data analysis in an evolving data environment. Whether youre measuring call volumes, analyzing customer behavior and trends, data mining, or optimizing SQL queries, you will be working with critical customer focused data in order to derive customer behavior and insight. The analyst will be responsible for aiding in creation, development and delivery of weekly scorecards, including a weekly summary of changes in trends. The ability to extract and analyze data, patterns, and related trends is required, with the subsequent ability to synthesize the data into information consumable by senior leaders. This role includes, but is not limited to, working with clients to identify, document, and prioritize business requirements as well as mapping and assessment of business processes and identification of potential improvements, weekly scorecard generation and analysis, target setting and forecasting. Key attributes required: Self-Starter who will take on a task and run with it from beginning to end A strong analytic toolkit is desired, including experience and a high degree of proficiency with Microsoft Excel, SQL query writing and a strong understanding of relational database management systems, data extraction and data analysis, and Power Point presentation development.
