Job Description Developer: SQL Server, BI, ETL Experience, Oracle. Informatica Developer

Description:

Our client is looking for a candidate that can help provide BI ETL needs for our client.

The candidate will be a strong technical leader working on BI Data Integration projects, gathering & documenting requirements, performing analysis, designing solutions to meet business objectives, developing specifications, developing ETL mappings using Informatica PowerCenter, testing, and implementing solutions.
Understand user requirements, and implement solutions that ensure requirements can be achieved through high quality deliverables.
Seek continuous improvement in performance & tuning and ensure security of data.
Proven methodology experience for complex systems integration projects and demonstrated ability to achieve deliverables on time and on budget.
Work with other IT technical teams and Business users to understand requirements, and recommend & implement solutions.
Typically requires 7 - 9 years experience or equivalent education.
Ideal candidate will have experience:
Designing BI solutions
Development experience in Informatica PowerCenter DW & BI Knowledge areas:
Data warehouse/data marts design and development using Kimball & Inmon methodologies
Oracle, DB2 and SQL Server
Informatica PowerCenter V10.1 SQL
Dimensional Data Modeling - Star Schemas
Slowly Changing Dimensions
Project development life cycle process (i.e., planning, analysis, design, coding, testing, implementation, support 10.
Informatica (8+years experience):
PowerCenter - ETL * Real Time Engine
Data Profiling
DVO - Data Validation
Metadata Manager
Rapid Prototyping
Data Masking Database Knowledge (8+years experience):
DB2
ORACLE
