Job Description Analyst: SQL Server, IIS, Microsoft SCCM, Deployment Troubleshooting Documentation

SPECIFIC DUTIES, ACTIVITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Requires basic to intermediate knowledge of software, operating systems, IIS, SQL server, Symantec Management Platform 7.1, Management Suite 7.1 and Symantec Endpoint Protection 12
Develop and implement technical solutions based on defined business requirements
Uses existing or creates procedures to solve routine problems and applies limited judgment and discretion while responding directly to clients regarding routing request in a timely manner
Collects data, performs basic needs analysis and effectively communicates results to others within technical area to identify and develop new processes
Demonstrates a strong bias towards service, quality and customer satisfaction
Monitor, respond to and resolve items assigned through the ticketing system
Identify technical environment issues and implement solutions to mitigate them
Schedule, deploy, report and troubleshoot patches to applicable systems
Research and test recurring problems, determine anomalies within supported software applications
Update and create technical product troubleshooting documentation
Assists with projects and other tasks as needed
Experience
2 to 4 years experience in required technologies and qualifications.
Qualifications (Minimum Education or Equivalent)
Bachelors degree in related field, or equivalent in education and work experience.
Preferable experience with Altiris, Microsoft SCCM, or equivalent software management/deployment solution
Symantec Management Platform 7.1: Administration training from Symantec or certification
Altiris Client Management Suite 7.1 Administration training from Symantec or certification
Primary Technical Skill Set:
1. Symantec Altiris 7 Administration
