A full understanding of MOSS 2007 and migration to SharePoint 2010 5. Object Oriented Programming with a documented approach to application design 6. Microsoft development products with a focus on the .Net Framework 7. An industry-standard approach to systems documentation and knowledge transfer 8. IT project management.
