Decision Support Analyst’s are primarily focused on Marketing Applications (campaign management and business intelligence). Decision Support Analysts specialize in assisting customers with business solution definition as well as design and implementation of the desktop solutions to support the business solution. Decision Support Analysts also assist customers with server solution deployments and system integration; including installation, configuration, testing and implementation. Duties and Responsibilities include the following respective to the type of marketing applications the DSA is managing.
