Contract length: 2-3 years Responsibilities The .Net Web Programmer may be responsible for: · Designing, developing, enhancing and supporting custom .Net applications in the leveraged .Net web application environment, following standards and best practices. · Providing estimates for enhancement and new .Net application requests. · Providing operational support for applications and working with customers to resolve issues. · Using Company change management processes to prevent disruptions and outages. · Writing maintainable code using Microsofts .Net technologies and tools (Visual Studio Team Systems and Team Foundation Server). · Working with Company web programmers to understand existing applications. Basic/Required Qualifications · 3-5+ years .Net application programming using C# · 3-5+ years of development/maintenance of SQL Server and Oracle database scripts, tables, and stored procs · 2-3 years of web application development and support experience using Visual Studio, ASP.Net, C#, XML, JavaScript, CSS, DHTML, HTML, Java, or other object-oriented language · JavaScript · Excellent oral and written communication skills · Self-directed and self-motivated to solve problems quickly and creatively · Strong leadership and coordination skills · Experience with Team Foundation Server · Good Understanding of OOPS and UML · Proficiency with relational database concepts Additional Desired Qualifications · Ability to work effectively in a team environment to encourage collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement · Experience in working with desktop applications using C# .Net · Experience with SiteMinder, SAP .Net connector, MOSS, CMS, AJAX and Infragistics · Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite of products   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
