Position Description Business System Consultant focusing on the systems, applications, and automation needs of Wells Capitals Sales, Marketing, Finance and Client Services (SMFC) area. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Ø Analyzing complex business problems and defining technology solutions. Ø Documenting requirements and writing specifications to build solutions and/or customize and integrate vended solutions. Ø Developing test plans and executing test scripts. Ø Providing effective and responsive day-to-day technical support for all related business functions (e.g. sales, marketing, financial analysis, client service etc.). Ø Driving for results, conveying a sense of urgency, managing priorities and capacity, building consensus, and bringing issues to closure despite obstacles. Ø Demonstrating outstanding flexibility, teamwork and leadership. Minimum Qualifications: Ø Strong data mining and analysis skills including ability to write effective database queries Ø Experience developing test plans and executing test scripts based on defined specifications. Ø Experience documenting business requirements and translating them into detailed technical specifications that can be submitted to Development for design/sizing/coding Ø Strong interpersonal communication (written and verbal), and organizational skills Ø Demonstrated ability to interact effectively with a variety of professionals and business managers Ø Ability to handle heavy workloads while remaining focused in a fast paced environment Preferred Skills: Ø BA/BS or equivalent Ø Solid understanding of investment business, processes, and concepts including financial products, sales and relationship management Ø Experience supporting Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
