DUTIES The individual hired for this position will work with a team that develops an internal and external web application that allows dealers of Navistar vehicle brands to communicate with technical staff regarding issues with vehicle repairs, parts sourcing or parts identification. After the initial communication phase, we maintain an open line of communication with the dealer to work through the final repair process and allow our customers to get their vehicle fixed as fast as possible. We also have an accompanying knowledge base explaining repairs, parts replacements and other technical fixes to our vehicles. Everyone in our group is involved all steps of the software design life cycle including design, development, debugging, UAT, production release and support.
