Job Description:

DCF is looking for a PeopleSoft Reporting consultant to augment the current team. In this role, the candidate will be working to complete identified reporting needs and also gather requirements for reports not identified. The candidate will be reporting to the Business Intelligence Section Chief and will be joining a team of existing staff supporting DCFs transition to PeopleSoft.

The candidate must be comfortable with the following:
-Take existing requirements and specifications and develop into complete reports
-Interviewing business users and developing specifications based on reporting needs
-Table structures within PeopleSoft Financials and where data is stored

DCF will be moving to PeopleSoft 9.2, as part of the Wisconsin STAR project. Phase 1 will implement in July 2015, which includes the Financials and Procurement, while Phase 2, HCM, implements in January 2016. This position is expected to be a one-year engagement.

This position requires:
-At least 5 years of PeopleSoft Financials experience version 9.0. or later
-Strong experience with nVision, PS/Query, XML/BI Publisher
-Strong experience with report distribution strategies
-Strong knowledge of SQL
-Excellent communication skills
-Excellent writing skills
-Strong people skills

Mentor Clients staff on PeopleSoft financials table structures and where data is stored.
PeopleSoft database structure pertaining to storage of each module*s data, including summary tables and views, for a minimum of the GL, AP, PO, and AM modules.
Relationships between tables within each module as well as cross module dataflow, tying detail module data to summarized data in other modules.
Any additional functionality/features of available reporting tools not currently leveraged, such as BI Publisher and Vision. Preference given to candidates that also have OBIEE experience.

4) This position is budgeted for 1960 hours.
