Systems analysts will be tagged to a primary area (Front Office, Mid Office or Back Office), but will flex across areas as needed. Duties of SRA Support Organization The organizational design work has highlighted the need for centralized support for SRA. Duties of centralized support include: IT&S SRA Support Activities Single point of contact between SolArc, other IT&S functions and the business for ongoing maintenance and improvements to the NAGP NGL system platform Own the functional support for SolArc customizations (i.e. rail, YTD MTM report/functionality, deal blotter, etc) Testing of SolArc RightAngle upgrades/patches Data management (archiving, sunset legacy systems, etc) Provide integration functional support for the various interface points between SolArc and the numerous upstream & downstream applications Provide assurances and complete required work for NAI purposes in the system space System/business process mapping and training support Additional Central SRA Support Activities System configuration and front-to-back testing required from new deals/activities in support of NGL growth agenda (NAI support) Capability to identify and drive enhancements / continuous improvement opportunities within SolArc and related integration points including change management requires strong business and front-to-back SolArc understanding [i.e. increased automation via in-house rules, accounting automation thru pricing provisions, more actualization automation (pipeline?), etc] Overall process/system training for enhancements, improvements and for new joiners Reference data support for adding / maintaining linked data classes (i.e. product, location, curve assignment, pricing provisions, account mapping, etc.) Reporting expertise to deliver value added reports in a timely manner Security rights review for new users or for additional access requests (i.e. individuals changing positions) Maintain ARIS business process/system maps in conjunction with IT&S support team (i.e. keeping maps current via annual review process and using maps to help evolve/document process improvements) Functional UAT system testing for future upgrades and patches SKAs (Skills, Knowledge and Abilities) List minimum SKAs required to successfully perform in the role. Deep understanding of SRA functionality NGL business knowledge Customer service and relationship building skills Continuous improvement mindset Problem solving abilities and performance bias Education and Experience - List minimum education and experience required to successfully perform the role.
