Responsibilities: Analyze Business Requirements and translate those into a scalable Datamart design by utilizing best DW design methodologies. Design SSAS Cubes to support the datamart design Transfer design knowledge to the development team to ensure that fellow co-workers understand the design and should be able to develop SSAS cubes independently. Develop SSAS cubes of high complexity to fulfill all the business requirements. Analyze and validate data to ensure business requirements are satisfied Support delivery and deployment of defined technical solutions. Communicate accurate and timely project status, issues, risks and scope changes to the Tech Lead Qualifications: 10 years of total experience with at least 3-4 years of Data modelling and Data warehouse designs and five years of SSAS development experience to include the following: Very good Experience in Data modelling and Data warehouse designs. Experience in SSAS Cube design Experience in developing SSAS cubes of medium to high levels of complexity in SQL server 2008/2012 Experience in creating small to medium size data marts from scratch Proficiency in MS SQL 2012/2008 R2 Experience in Data Testing Good in technical documentation Desired skills: - SSIS Design and development experience The ideal candidate will have strong experience in data modelling, Design of Data warehouse or Data marts and hands on SSAS development experience.
