We are looking to have the vendor commit to an estimated number of hours of support each year to use when/if needed and to be able to add additional hours depending on customer needs. DTS does not pre-pay for hours requested, but is required to pay based on time and materials used. Cost scoring for this project will be based upon service type cost per hour. For example: Data Modeling $/per hour; ETL $/per hour; Database/data warehouse support $/per hour; etc. It is expected that once a contract has been approved DTS can request 5 + years experience installing and configuring Cognos, Tableau, Power BI, and other BI analytical tools in Windows and Linux environments with the ability to perform health checks and system performance tuning in those environments 5 + years experience in data modeling using tools such as: Cognos Framework Manager, and other tools used by Cognos, Tableau, and Power BI. List data modeling tools you can support. Experience creating Star Schemas using the Kimball methodology ? 5 + years experience administering, configuring, and securing Cognos, Tableau, and Power BI tools. ? 5 + years experience in IBM Data Manager and Microsoft SSIS ETL configuration, administration, performance tuning, and architecture. ? 5+ years experience querying, indexing, and performance tuning in SQL Server, Oracle, and other types of database environments used by the State of Utah. ? 5 + years experience in dashboarding, reporting, and other business intelligence/analytics associated with Cognos, Tableau, Power BI, etc. With experience customizing reports using JavaScript, HTML, or other languages. ?
