This role will design, develop, deliver and manage the core KPI matrix, web applications, system integrations, ETL and automation processes, in addition to end to end systems and reporting Governance, Documentation and ad-hoc analysis. § The Sr. BI Developer will be responsible to lead a multi-year, multi-phase Product Performance and Analytics Data Strategy § Is responsible to drive the Data Services Program Strategy and development velocity, in addition to providing mentorship and guidance to other BI Developers and Data Scientists § This role is responsible for the SDLC management and integration of multi-source data platforms, using modern data-centric software practices including Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence § In addition to leading key Data Engineering Initiatives, this person will also be responsible to develop Reports and web applications that leverage SQL, Tableau, SSIS, Teradata, Salesforce, C#, Java, .net, HTML/CSS/JavaScript, Python, Azure, AWS, PowerBI and other tools KEY WORKING RELATIONSHIPS The positions report to the Sr. Manager - PSI Product Strategy & Operations. The Sr. BI Developer will be responsible to build, nurture and grow effective working relationships with management and staff at all levels in the T-Mobile Product and Technology Org, as well as with broader T-Mobile Enterprise Technology and Data Teams. This person will be considered the key Product Insights Liaison for the Business Unit. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES § Design and develop report and data solutions utilizing SQL, Tableau, SSIS, Python and other tools, leveraging and Agile methodology § Design, develop and support reporting and analytics applications leveraging tools such as Cognos BI, Data Bricks, Microsoft Power BI, Cognos TM1, and Microsoft Analysis Services technologies § Design and develop web applications utilizing cloud based solutions (Salesforce, AWS, Azure, Dynamics, etc.) and related programming languages (Java, C#, .NET, HTML/CSS/JavaScript) § Provide strategic direction, perform code reviews and ensure that all products that are designed/built adhere to T-Mobile Enterprise Analytics standards and development best practices § Embrace internal support methodologies and SDLC best practices and continuously strive to improve the systems and processes § Lead stakeholder and subject matter expert engagements to define and document reporting, application, and integration requirements § Partner with the Master Data Management and Data Governance teams to ensure that reporting solutions will use governed KPIs and federated data sources § Participate in Proof of Concepts and product evaluations § Provide support to the Enterprise Analytics organization to resolve application issues in a timely manner § Perform data analysis to troubleshoot data issues with the BI solutions and data integration processes § Provide training and ongoing advocacy for internal customers to drive solution adoption Required § Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Management or related field § At least 6 years of technology implementation and development experience with a Business Intelligence tool § Expert level understanding of Structured Query Language (SQL) § Advanced or expert level understanding of Tableau, SSIS, Teradata, Salesforce, C#, Java, .net, HTML/CSS/JavaScript, Python, Azure, AWS, PowerBI § Previous experience in managing projects, tasks, and people <   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
