Description: Our client a national leader in IT staffing and solutions, is looking for an ETL Developer for a large client in Indianapolis, IN. This is an on-site, long-term contract role, with opportunity for conversion to full time. This person will be working alongside a team of architects and developers, creating dashboards and enhancing business capabilities with better data usage. Strong ETL experience, specifically with SSIS is required. Working experience with Power BI, Tableau, or other business analytics tools is also necessary. See below for details! Job Duties: Work with off the shelf software, modifying it and integrating it into the existing network, creating the code to link the systems together. Ensure the workload is distributed and the different requests appropriately handled. Provide mentoring support to the members of the technical team. Lead initiatives that will enhance current or integrate new systems and industry standards into functional areas. Responsibilities: Liaise with IT in order to align IT architecture and developed solutions as well as gain appropriate support. Assess and distribute requests received by the technical team as appropriate, according to needed skills and resources available. Define new objects or modifications to existing objects. Develop new processes and procedures to support deployment of new technical solutions. Review the current systems and applications and present ideas for system improvements. Work closely with Leads, Business Analysts, and users to understand needs and potential areas of improvement. Work with Technical Writer to produce detailed specifications. Modify existing processes and procedures as needed to support modifications to existing systems. Define new objects or modifications to existing objects.
