The BI/DW is an enterprise program that is a primary source of ODOT data for performing strategic and tactical data analytics. Specifically there is a need to provide analysis and written documentation of SSRS (SQL Server Reporting Services) Standards, Processes, procedures, tools, techniques and training for customers using SSRS within ODOT. The SSRS reporting environment is fairly new at ODOT and there is a need to establish a more rigorous and written documentation to support its use.
