Provide Tier 2 support for solution enhancement requests and issue resolution. Position requires an in-depth knowledge of the C# programming language, .NET application development on all tiers, data management and business analysis skills. The position also requires extensive knowledge of structured query language; particularly with Microsoft SQL Server. Some knowledge of OpenText, or other content management system, would be beneficial. Must have the ability to troubleshoot issues reported by end users and create appropriate solutions to meet business needs utilizing various tools within the Visual Studio IDE. Should be skilled or familiar with SSRS and SSIS. Pluses would be experience with tools such as WebReports, Object Importer, Enterprise Scan within the OpenText CMS, interfacing with SharePoint, and any knowledge and experience with data analysis and analytics. The candidate should as well have good communication skills. Major Responsibilities * Manage software development lifecycle through gathering specifications, designing, developing and deploying solutions. * Develop new solutions and processes as well as associated auditing and reporting tools. * Create custom SQL scripts associated with reporting metrics. * Manage testing, implementation, and support of updates, changes and new releases. * Work with database and systems administrators using established change management processes to administer and deploy new solutions. * Provide technical support for content management systems and in-house .Net applications. Required Qualifications/Competencies * Bachelors degree with preference for course work in computer science or information technology or equivalent work experience. * Technical skills should include, Microsoft T-SQL, SSRS, SSIS, C#, .NET Framework, HTML 5, JavaScript, jQuery, and CSS. * Training and presentation skills. * Leadership and interpersonal skills. * Knowledge of information management requirements. * Accuracy and attention to detail. * Nice to haves: OpenText Content Server, WebReports, Web Services, AGA, Records Management, Physical Objects, Workflow and Enterprise Scan, Data Analytics, Big Data Analysis, Machine Learning   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
