Describe your ideal candidate: I am looking for an experienced, highly proficient, self-motivated, and architecturally-minded candidate to re-architect our test automation frameworks for the mobile team. The candidate must be prepared to take ownership of the project, and be able to bring it to completion with a minimum of hand-holding. Required soft skills; Good communication and technical leadership. The ability to work with a highly motivated team. Digital Mobile What would some selling points of the position be to make it interesting to candidates? This would a chance to contribute to the next generation of mobile testing at REI. The candidate would own and drive development of new test frameworks, and have significant freedom (with some oversight) in design. Is the environment the typical REI Agile?
