Empowered to develop architecture/strategies, make decisions on priorities, and sign off on technical deliverables. Key Responsibilities: Develops the technical organizational structure and manages technical resources Develops and manages the project plan tasks and milestones for various technical areas Leads the design of the technical architecture incorporating best practices and university-wide standards and ensures expected performance metrics are met Directs the design, development and testing of various technical objects Manages the creation and maintenance of various cloud environments Oversees the infrastructure tools for the project such as GitHub, Jira and Grouper Establishes standards and procedures for technical areas Conducts quality assurance and signs off on the technical deliverables Builds maintenance/support structure required for the implementation phase and beyond. Requirements: Strong Experience on large system implementation projects leading and directing technical teams through various phases of the project Must have ERP implementation experience Must have sound knowledge and understanding of the cloud architecture and components such as Software as a Service (SaaS), Platform as a Service (PaaS) and Database as a Service (DaaS) Must have strong management and leadership skills Must have strong project management skills Must have excellent negotiating and communication skills Experience with Oracle cloud implementation is strongly desired Sound knowledge of the universitys technical infrastructure and policies is preferred Sound knowledge of trends in technology and the ability to apply the knowledge to the universitys objectives is preferred   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
