Required Skills: * Experience in and knowledge of Information Technology contract development, evaluation and management * Skill and experience in business analysis methodologies * Skill and experience in analyzing and evaluating complex information technology programs, policies, and issues * Experience and skill in processing contract solicitations for software as a service (SaaS) * Experience and skill in preparing and documenting functional and technical specifications * Experienced and skilled in the development of requirements for software as a service (SaaS) solutions * Experience and ability to assist with development of Request for Offer or Proposals documents, including service level agreements (SLA) and evaluation plan requirements * Experience and ability working on process improvement projects that incorporated technology as part of the solution * Knowledge of software development life cycle and systems development life cycle concepts * Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, leadership technique, production methods, and coordination of people and resources * Knowledge of project management principles and practices * Knowledge and understanding of state government procurement processes * Experience analyzing and interpreting technical information, including regulations, policies, and automation system documentation/specifications * Experience communicating in writing; to translating user/business needs into a technical style * Experience analyzing, evaluate and integrate business rules into system requirements * communicate effectively * Experience understanding the relationship between technical requirements and business processes and the interfaces required with existing software applications and hardware systems   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
