Developing and deploying both cloud based and on-premise CRM solutions across Wells Fargo. The system also integrates into core banking systems and data marts. Projects Include: • Delivered and deployed SalesForces Financial Services Cloud to Consumer Banking to 45,000 internal users. • Designed and delivered microservice end points to older banking platforms for consumption by CRMs across Wells Fargo. • Built the internal teams and training plans for CRM developers across the bank which reduces both project and development costs of the CRM projects. Basic Qualifications - 7-10 years of programming/systems analysis experience and 3-5 years of relevant experience with emphasis in applications and systems engineering development, database and middleware technologies. -Salesforce Lighting experience highly preferred - 3+ years of recent working experience with JavaScript, CSS3, HTML5. Experience on any popular UI frameworks like JqueryMobile, Backbone.js or Angular.js is preferred but not mandatory for right candidate. - 3 + years of experience working with the salesforce customer portal, web services, Apex, SOQL, Visual Force, Eclipse IDE, Data Loader, Reports and Dashboards – optional - 3 + years of experience working development, interacting with the client and other vendors; participation & support for UAT, and support release management to the different environments. - Working knowledge of technologies like AJAX, JQuery and JSON – highly comfortable with JavaScript, HTML, if they have done the JQuery etc is a plus - Strong knowledge of Salesforce Objects and Data Model - Understanding of Salesforce Governor Limits and Code Coverage - Solid understanding of Salesforce Standard Objects and Business Processes around them - Experience with custom integration - Experience with Salesforce Sites, API Calls - Working experience in AppExchange App Development and Package Creation - The applicant must have strong communication, customer service, troubleshooting, and organizational skills and the ability to complete assigned work with minimal instruction and supervision - Ability to identify and apply best practices, standards and SDLC concepts to all functional areas.
