Scope of the project: 1) PUBLIC-FACING DASHBOARD DEVELOPMENT AND SUPPORT 2) PERFORM DATA ANALYSIS AND DATA-DRIVEN INSIGHTS TO VARIOUS STAKEHOLDERS 3) DEVELOP AND SUPPORT CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT (CRM) SYSTEMS 4) CREATE DETAILED DOCUMENTATION THAT FACILITATES THE USE AND FUTURE MODIFICATION OF DASHBOARDS Daily Duties / Responsibilities: PERFORM DATA ANALYSIS ON REAL ESTATE, FLEET METRICS, AND FINANCIAL DATA TO SUPPORT ADMIN MANAGEMENT INITIATIVES UTILIZING TOOLS SUCH AS EXCEL, TABLEAU, MS POWER BI, R, PYTHON, SAS. · PERFORM DEVELOPMENT IN DATABASE ENVIRONMENTS SUCH AS MS SQL SERVER MANAGEMENT, AZURE SYNAPSE, OR SIMILAR ENVIRONMENTS. · ASSIST WITH SUPPORT OF TABLEAU ENVIRONMENT AND ASSOCIATED PUBLIC-FACING DASHBOARDS. · PERFORM DEVELOPMENT AND/OR SUPPORT IN CRM SUCH AS SALESFORCE, ZENDESK,HUBSPOT. · PARTICIPATE IN OF SOFTWARE DEVELOPMENT LIFECYCLE AND METHODOLOGIES SUCH AS WATERFALL, AGILE, SCRUM, LEAN, DEVOPS. · PROVIDE DATA-FOCUSED STRATEGIES WHICH ADD VALUE TO ORGANIZATION AND PROMOTE EFFICIENCY.
