This is a long term contract position with an opportunity to go full time for the right candidate. The client offers a variety of perks, including a flexible schedule and the opportunity to work with the newest technologies. This Functional Analyst - Salesforce will be joining an existing team but will need to be able to work on his/her own and take ownership of the project. The technical landscape consists primarily of Salesforce marketing platform, Pardot, Marketo, Eloqua, and GDPR. Applicants must have 5+ years of experience working as a Functional Analyst for the Salesforce platform. Candidates must have experience with Salesforce marketing best practices, and the ability to document user requirements (User Stories, Process Flows, Acceptance Criteria, etc). Required Experience Functional Analysis with Salesforce Understanding of Salesforce marketing best practices Experience documenting requirements: user stories, process flows, acceptance criteria Experience with either Pardot or Marketo Experience utilizing JIRA Agile experience Preferred Experience 1. GDPR Responsibilities Overview of the Salesforce Functional Analyst: Administration and management of Marketing integrations, routing, fields, apps, and functionalities within Salesforce Optimization of lead scoring and distribution methodology to ensure quality leads are routed through marketing automation/Salesforce and notifications are sent to the sales team, increasing efficiencies and conversion rates Bring to the table a thorough knowledge of best practices and processes for marketing automation and ensure these are in place to maintain the integrity of the Pardot data and garner the best results from campaigns Assist Marketing with segmenting and leveraging the marketing database for greater campaign efficiency and effectiveness Implementation of new nurture programs for local and regional marketing campaigns which target all stages of prospect development and various use cases and verticals Ensure required data is captured at all customer touchpoints and accurate synchronization between Marketing Automation Platform and Salesforce dashboards Leverage Salesforce and Marketing Automation tools to create dashboards and reports to track the ROI of marketing activities and ensure effectiveness and continued investment Analyze these reports and data and provide recommendations for marketing effectiveness Qualifications: 5+years of professional experience Bachelorsdegree Hands-on-experience with Pardot or Marketo required Experience in Salescloud Salesforce platform Experience working with Agile Software Development Methodologies (Jira) Excellent understanding of data dependencies and design for journeys and campaigns Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to build and maintain trusted relationships with a diverse group of team members, managers, and subject matter experts Ability to work independently and in fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, with minimal supervision Strong collab   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
