Strong understanding of Salesforce data modeling, security, workflows, and automation. Experience developing enterprise-grade integrations. Ability to design, document, and deliver complex technical solutions. Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills. Experience supporting large, statewide or enterprise systems Preferred Qualifications Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer I/II, Administrator, App Builder).
