Candidate will report to the Training and Support Specialist, and work closely with product owners to understand the Salesforce build and business use cases. Candidate will support training initiatives, onsite activities, and virtual training/support sessions. Responsible for Salesforce customer support resolving issues pertaining to access and system defects reported by users via an online help portal. Serves as a liaison between the Salesforce team and business units. Essential Functions/Responsibilities: Test and document new and existing application functionalities. Work directly with customers to resolve a wide variety of Salesforce service issues. Manage own work queues within set productivity guidelines (service level agreements). Demonstrate customer service-oriented behavior at all times. Daily management of customer support portal. Works with the development team to report, document system bugs and tests resolutions. Manages user support and training documentation in Salesforce. Organize and team internal reference documents and materials in Confluence. Send user support communications as needed. Secondary Functions: Performs additional duties as assigned.
