This solution will be used by the Division to administer the Uniform Unclaimed Property Act and reunite abandoned property to its rightful owner. 1. Unclaimed Property System a) Holder Management i. Overall System Tools a) Data Integrity, Security and Transactional History Tracking Systems b) Workflow Management c) Document Management d) Reporting Tool: Ad-hoc and Regularly Used Canned Reports e) Web Portal– Customer and Employee PROFESSIONAL SERVICES REQUIREMENTS: The STATE seeks the following professional services to achieve the objectives of this project: 1. Sandbox environment: Contractor shall immediately deploy a sandbox environment allowing staff to start experimenting and preparing for the gap analysis phase. Introductory training will be provided to help staff navigate and perform basic transactions in the sandbox environment. The sandbox configuration can be an initial standard and data can be fictional. 2. Gap analysis/design: Contractor shall complete a detailed gap analysis against the COTS product and utilize existing documentation such as the process maps and internal policies/procedures to facilitate the effort. 3. Application configuration: Contractor shall work with the STATE to install, configure and customize the proposed solution according to the agreed-upon design. 4. Reports: Contractor shall provide a list of all standard reports included in the product being offered. 5. Conversion/migration: Contractor shall work with the STATE to convert or migrate data and images from the STATEs existing system used for unclaimed property. 6. Security: Contractor shall offer the STATE the ability to maintain configurable role-based security access. 7. Testing: Contractor shall work with the STATE to ensure the system is thoroughly tested. 8. Training: Contractor shall work with the STATE to create a training plan and provide training for end users, application administration, and train-the-trainer. 9. Documentation: Contractor shall provide documentation that must include technical documentation in order to support the application, user manual, online help components, and training manuals. 10. Implementation services: Contractor shall provide services that will effectively and seamlessly move the STATE and all users from the existing system to the new system. 11. Post-implementation services: Contractor shall provide to the STATE a post-implementation plan detailing the contractors support and transition. Contractor shall also monitor the use and the accuracy of the implemented system over the warranty period agreed upon in the contract and as long as the STATE and contractor are under any future maintenance agreements.   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
