Need a security architect to augment and help with security decisions that pose problems ie two factor authentication, payment automation, PCI + robotics/automation Can we do this? Is it OK for a Robot to transfer funds? Is it OK for Robots to handle PCI stuff? Project Background and Details (what will this project accomplish for the business?): 3 year project that has been ongoing for RPA (business processes), Architectural intelligence, AI, Chatbot LOB has deliverables in place to save $$$ There is a lot of low hanging fruit and if they prove it out, they can tackle more RPA opportunities Environment for the candidate to understand: Infrastructure Security team that supports the enterprise Vendors: UI Path and Blue Prism There is an RPA COE that has handled design, architecture, etc. à this group is VIP Day to Day Responsibilities (and how will this resource be measured?): Large percent of time spent with RPA COE, attending their meetings as Security SME, diving in and understanding their needs and challenges Right now, there is an App owner, an App Architect but they are missing the Security SME Consultation – ie cannot just say, “No, we cant do this” but consult on “how we get there?” and if a Robot/Automation process is green-lighted, make sure to set up and define the proper parameters around what is acceptable Developing Security architecture for RPA and Standards Interact with the different LOBs that are utilizing and interested in RPA, Automation, etc. Figure out and research to determine risk, controls, and assess the impact and possibility of an RPA opportunity Required Skills & Technologies (# years experience with each and rank them in order of importance): At least 5+ years of experience (strong) w/Security Engineering and Architecture background – both hands-on experience and high level perspective Different Security domain experience – IAM*, App sec, network sec, Crypto (not as important as they have SMEs here) CISSP – very important Larger companies Frameworks/Industry experience = not important Required Soft Skills/Company Culture details: Someone with the right demeanor and who can build relationships (in this case, with the RPA COE Leader) Ask the right questions, resourceful, use the tech resources at his/her disposal properly Not arrogant – big red flag Any Pluses / Things that will set candidates apart: ANY RPA exposure is very helpful so they understand the challenges that may arise Vendor experience with UI Path and Blue Prism is a slam dunk Fin Tech Establish relationships quickly and easily   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
