You will support the setup process based on customer requirements and will work closely with global teams, project staff, and other developers to manage existing sites. We are looking for a highly motivated, organized, and detail oriented individual who can quickly come up to speed and partner with our team to demonstrate value and results. Responsibilities: - Support portal setup based on customer requirements - Develop design requirements and specifications relative to new sites and modifications - Design, develop and test Microsoft SharePoint applications, forms, and workflows - Manage security for the SharePoint sites and workspaces - Research and propose strategic approaches to business problems - Perform training for project managers and team members on the use and management of SharePoint sites - Serve as the point of contact for the SharePoint 2010 upgrade (currently on SharePoint 2007) Requirements: - 3+ years as a SharePoint developer and administrator (including security administration) - Experience capturing and documenting requirements - Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing - Ability to set priorities and meet deadlines - Experience with InfoPath is preferred - Graphic design experience is preferred The Architecting IS for our program is focused on transforming all aspects of IS to better support our business. The program is a key initiative for IS and has high-visibility throughout the organization.
