Description : Under the general supervision of the IT Solutions Center (ITSC) Supervisor this position is responsible for assisting Infrastructure Team Lead with the technical and business analysis for infrastructure services utilized by ETF including network and server hardware, software, and services. This responsibility includes working with BITS managers and other team leaders in ETF and DET to provide consistent, coordinated services, and ensuring high quality services for all functions provided by the infrastructure team. This position supports the coordination of service provisioning and infrastructure hosting from DET, working under the guidance of the Infrastructure Team Lead to ensure ETF adheres to infrastructure best practices and procedures. Responsibilities include security consultation and administration, ensuring compliance with security policies and best practices, identifying and mitigating risks, and implementing security measures to protect infrastructure services.
