This person will help assist the current QA team for all testing needs. Role: QA Engineer Location: Baltimore, MD area Duration: 12 month contract Responsibilities Automation - Implements Automation scripts/Coding standards best practices Validate manual and Automation test progress, test results, and Automation code quality check Works with team to set best practice standards for usage of the Automation framework Reviews the Automation scripts for Code Quality Knowledge of coding in previous roles - Selenium, .net , java, Tosca QA Process, Manual Test - Plan, report and coordinate all major test efforts Develop test plans, test cases, test scripts and test reports on multiple projects of varying size. Perform testing on various Web based software, Mobile and reporting systems. Validate that user expectations are achieved during the testing process. Review user requirements documents to ensure that requirements are testable UAT Support - Providing support to Business Testers regarding process and tools Monitoring the effectiveness of QA process and making recommendations for improvement. Producing management information to all stakeholders Provide QA metrics and/or reports.
