At minimum, we require: -7+ years of experience are required to lead technical discussions with Cisco PEs and DEs and act as a voice for the customer. -Collect Global Enterprise requirements for MDP and translate them into actionable intent that can be orchestrated by local domain controllers, cloud platforms and security platforms. -Consultant should be able to clearly define customer workflows for all Enterprise personas. -Knowledge of ITSM systems like ServiceNow is required for this role -Knowledge of Cisco DNA and / or ACI is required for this role. -Ability to engage with senior software architects, customers architects, engineering leaders, and capture requirements into workflows. -6+ years software user-experience design and development experience in a technology based company with good sense of distributed systems and computing – experience designing/architecting/building large scale distributed system user-experience with a composable user-interface is a plus. -Experience in translating architecture concepts into user flows, mockups and software prototypes that lead to intuitive user experiences. -Experience in taking a user-centered design approach to software development, rapidly test and iterate your designs and prototypes. -Experience with programming in any of the following languages – React.js / Angular.js / Javascript. -Excellent written and verbal communications skills: ability to communicate technology strategy and software design approach to engineers, executives, and Cisco customers.
