The resource should be able to work independently with minimum guidance to enhance the current applications user interface to be interactive and self-guided primarily in financial areas of SC Child Support Application. Primary Responsibilities: • Work closely with the State Functional Manager and Business Analysts to identify areas for improvement within PACSS and deliver practical, actionable recommendations. • Analyze existing workflows to uncover inefficiencies and pain points. • Design optimized workflows for complex processes in alignment with South Carolina business requirements. • Propose enhanced functionality for complex financial activities within PACSS. • Design self-guiding workflows, including guided navigation, tooltips, and contextual assistance, for critical areas such as order entry and financial adjustments. • Design user-friendly features such as step-by-step wizards, contextual help, and automated guidance to improve usability and reduce training needs. • Conduct stakeholder interviews as needed to gain a comprehensive understanding of South Carolina business processes. • Collaborate with other Business Analysts to develop comprehensive test scenarios, test cases, and provide general assistance during testing activities. • Participate in regular functional meetings focused on user-reported issues, enhancements, and bug triage to review progress, discuss solutions, and align on priorities.   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
