TPX Syndication is continuing to enhance and mature their program delivery, operations and partner engagement models. Our client is looking for a ServiceNow Developer & Portal Designer to help design, build, and support their continual service improvement efforts. Work to include, but is not limited to, creation / configuration of service portals and widgets and configuration, scoped application development and support of Syndication-related processes. Ideally, the candidate for this position is self-motivated, creative problem-solver who can adapt to new technologies and evolving customer requirements. Candidate must bring solid interpersonal skills and be capable of meeting with management and development teams face-to-face to clarify and design existing and new solutions, design requirements into a proposed solution, and implement the solution on time and within budget. Candidate must also be capable of working independently as well as in a team environment. Ability to manage shifting priorities in a dynamic project-based environment. Qualifications: MUST HAVES At least 5-8 years of experience developing on the ServiceNow platform including the creation and/or customization of the core applications such as Incident, Problem, Change, Configuration, Knowledge, and Service Catalog / Request Fulfillment. Experience implementing new applications and plugins within the ServiceNow platform Strong knowledge of the ServiceNow data model and relationships Experience developing workflows Experience developing custom applications within the ServiceNow platform from the ground up Experience designing and creating Service Portals Experience developing and implementing out-of-the-box and custom Portal Widgets Well versed in AngularJS scripting as well as CSS Strong JavaScript skills, and experience with its application within ServiceNow Portfolio of examples to share in terms of Portals and Widgets Experience administering a ServiceNow instance including the delegation of groups, workflows, business rules, UI pages, UI actions, UI policies, ACLs, catalog items and updates of all other existing solutions requiring revisions. NICE TO HAVES Cable and/or Telecom industry experience Experience working with Agile teams, and product development organizations Follow and understand best practices in secure development ITIL foundational experience and/or certification ServiceNow Certified Administrator and/or Implementation Specialist certifications ServiceNow Certified Application Developer certification Experience interacting with ServiceNow REST API integrations and orchestration Developed custom reporting and notifications using code (JavaScript) Experience building out surveys & assessments in ServiceNow Experience with Automated Test Framework (ATF) on the Now Platform   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
