Scope of Services: Contractor will perform development work for ServiceNow (SNOW). This includes developing scripts, developing applications, and some basic system admin work in accordance with ITIL, industry best practices, and Sonic processes. Identify solutions and provide requested enhancements to existing ServiceNow applications Frequently as needed Platform Owner, Program Mgr., and Project Mgr. 5. Develop and deliver customized portal web pages in ServiceNow As needed Platform Owner, Program Mgr., and Project Mgr. 6. Maintain and support workflows, scripts, service maps, integrations, alerts, and notifications, etc. As needed Platform Owner, Program Mgr., and Project Mgr. 7. Work with functional units and admin teams to deliver automated workflow solutions in ServiceNow As needed Platform Owner, Program Mgr., and Project Mgr. 8. Integrate 3rd- party software with ServiceNow As needed Platform Owner, Program Mgr., and Project Mgr. 9. Facilitate and support the rollout of new applications and enhancements in ServiceNow Daily Platform Owner, Program Mgr., and Project Mgr. 10. Configure ServiceNow Discovery and Orchestration Frequently, possibly daily Platform Owner, Program Mgr., and Project Mgr. 11. Create Service Maps for all Business Services Frequently, as needed Platform Owner, Program Mgr., and Project Mgr. 12. Configure and/or develop notifications and alerts Frequently, possibly daily Platform Owner, Program Mgr., and Project Mgr. 13. Advise functional and admin teams on design, development and overall ServiceNow best practices Frequently, possibly daily Platform Owner, Program Mgr., and Project Mgr. 14. Build relationships within the CS and ES teams and with other teams Daily Platform Owner, Program Mgr., and Project Mgr. 15.
