Approximately 2 – 3 months of work and involving the following activities: Upgrade of Windows server operating system Upgrade of FileMaker Server application Updating disaster recovery documentation, coordinate and conduct new Security Design Reviews for the new environments Communication/coordination with application owners Upgrade of users FileMaker desktop application Documentation when necessary Day-to-Day Responsibilities Application Support Incident response Take phone calls Respond to support tickets using ServiceNow Assist with minor bug fixes Deployment of new community developed applications to an existing FileMaker server On – call support Establish an alternating schedule for on-call staff that will ensure there is off-hours coverage (nights, weekends, holidays) Application tracking Help to create tools that will track existing application owners and application usage Help to create a process for annual charge back Retire applications no longer in use Work with community to disseminate best practice information Periodic application security review User lists Obtaining affidavits that app owners/developers are compliant with best practices Required Skills FileMaker Certification for version 17 or later Experience with FileMaker Server logging and log analysis 2+ years experience managing applications/platforms running on Windows Server operation systems Strong organizational skills Good communication skills Customer support skills for both phone, remote web sessions, and in person meetings (good phone manner, patience, clarity, articulate, professional presence) Excellent documentation skills Flexibility – ability to easily adapt to a dynamic work environment and workload Experience with a ticketing system preferable ServiceNow Ability to calculate and create a project proposal with activities and the associated hours/costs   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
