Designing Software: • Use independent, critical thinking to solve complex problems which are significant to the customer.? • Member of team that can work independently as well as collaboratively in developing core software to deliver outcomes. • Consistent and dependable in delivering core software that delivers outcomes and meets/exceeds the teams expectations for stability, scalability, resilience, etc. • Developing and customizing ServiceNow workflows, forms, lists, and other UI elements. • Integrating ServiceNow with other systems and tools using APIs, web services, and other methods. Learning and Applying New Techniques: • Seek out opportunities to learn new technologies that improve the product and its lifecycle. • Looks for opportunities to drive improvements. • Develops and maintains program documentation independently. Collaborating within the Team: • Participate in teams collaboration sessions to provide technical expertise to solve a problem/remove technical roadblocks for the team. • Participate in product planning and implementation, helping teams understand and decompose work. • Working with stakeholders to understand and gather requirements for ServiceNow development projects. • Ensures data quality under the guidance of a more senior team member or manager. • Participating in quality assurance testing and debugging of ServiceNow applications. DevOps: • Staying current with the latest ServiceNow features, functionalities, and best practices. • Works on most phases of application development independently but works under the direction of a more senior team member or manager. ??
