The candidate will work closely with Temporary Solutions business users and its SharePoint Administrator to gather business requirements, design the new applications, develop the timeline for implementation, create the new applications and migrate data currently stored in SharePoint lists. This work will include developing, configuring and implementing PowerApps, Power Bi and Power Automate (Flow), to drive efficiencies, system integration and data integrity within the various business functions within Temporary Solutions. This position will also identify new areas and business processes where PowerApps/SharePoint can be leveraged and facilitate continual process improvement. This position will collaborate with its data team to align on reporting and data analytics currently being developed in either Power BI or Tableau. Required Skills • 3 years - Experience developing and supporting SharePoint Applications. o Solid understanding of SharePoint architecture. o Experience managing SharePoint Permissions (Site Permissions, Document Library/List Permissions, Break Inheritance) o Knowledge of managing SharePoint Lists and Document Libraries. (Filter & Sorting, Custom Views) o Use of MS Forms or 3rd party forms for data collection. • Experience with configuring and implementing PowerApps and Power Automate (Flow) • Experience developing PowerApps canvas apps • Experience developing in MS PowerApps Portal with SQL Database (Dataverse) • Experience creating views in Dataverse. • Ability to communicate effectively with technical as well as non-technical staff. • Ability to learn and understand new technologies associated with SharePoint and O365 products • Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions. • Sound understanding of PowerApps formulas and development methods. Highly Desired Skills • Experience creating Power BI dashboards • Experience using 3rd party connectors. • Experience with 3rd party forms such as Plumsail and Cognito forms. • Experience working in the HR Domain with knowledge of core HR functions (recruitment, classification, compensation, onboarding, payroll, hiring and other personnel actions, etc.) • Strong technical writing skills • Experience in State Government   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
