Perform daily administrative functions, such as granting permissions, creating new lists and libraries, troubleshooting issues within the SharePoint environment, and assisting end-users as needed. Work with business unit employees and external contractors to define and build business processes. Provide assistance and guidance to employees and external contractors in the proper use of applications. Develop and coordinate application testing and take a lead role in providing required user training plans and materials. Principal Accountabilities: 1.Perform daily administrative functions. 2.Perform data analysis and provide reporting as needed. 3.Participate in process design and develop business cases. 4.Develop content management strategies for TLE. 5.Perform SharePoint related training. 6.Investigate and resolve application issues in collaboration with Corporate IT.. 7.Develop training plans, materials, and coordinate the training of application users. 8.Collect and identify user requirements from management level down to end-users. 9. Demonstrate the highest standards of ethical behavior and support the companys Corporate Compliance Policy. 10. Collaborate with the Enterprise SharePoint Team to ensure the work performed is Consistent with Corporate standards and best practices. 11.Assume other duties and responsibilities as assigned. Minimum Requirements: The level of expertise and competence required to carry out these responsibilities varies with the position level in this job family.
