The system went live on November 15, 2014 after a rapid 6-month implementation effort. While the system is performing extremely well in production for the past two years, tight business deadlines prescribed by the Affordable Care Act (ACA), and Commonwealth business needs, has resulted in a demand for many new features and functions to be successfully implemented in 2020. Under the direction of the Program Management Lead, the Applications Developer & Administrator works with stakeholders supporting tools, including Jira and SHAREPOINT. Jira: Jira is used to capture Production Issues (PIMs), Issues, Risks, Change Requests,Technical Requests, MDM Action, Items and Issues. ? Maintains user accounts ? Maintains and develops projects and issues ? Maintains and develops workflows to support business process ? Monitors for security issues and develops and tests resolutions ? Adds new fields and drop-down values ? Troubleshoots problems and develops resolutions ? Evaluates Jira plugins to support the business process ? Extracts data as needed Qualifications: • 3+ years experience as a Jira Administrator • Ability to write custom JQL (Jira Query Language), a plus. • Ability to construct custom dashboards using various filter types in JIRA, a must. • Experience in performing Atlassian installations, migrations, and plugin installation, a plus SHAREPOINT: SharePoint is the project repository for the management, development, and storing of project information. The project repository is intended to serve as a controlled environment for shared access to both working documents and documents of record. It provides the various project teams with a collaborative environment for information and document sharing. SharePoint also provides a central access point for announcements, PTO calendars and general information. ? Maintains user accounts ? Maintains and develops lists, libraries, new fields and dropdown values ? Maintains and develops workflows ? Supports document management ? Develops customized screens, fields, and workflows ? Monitors system flow, data usage and work processes ? Monitors performance ?
