The team is responsible for tracking recertification process that includes weekly communication with the individuals who are authorized contacts/approver for the groups that need to be recertified. The environment includes groups that manages access to Files Shares, Applications, Servers, SharePoint, VDRs, and Shared Mailboxes, etc. in DB. The candidate will be responsible for understanding overall Recertification process, analyzing data, tracking and reporting. Identify and effectively communicate potential risks before they occur so risk-handling activities can be planned and invoked as needed. Support the global Unstructured Data Access management program by conducting risk assessments using a risk based approach; with a primary focus on Users access and recertification. Operational support of day-to-day facilitation of data and Recertification information collection and ongoing risk management. Responsibilities: Manage new and ongoing risk assessments in accordance to policy, process & procedures. Document and communicate risks, identified through the assessment and monitoring processes, to Unstructured Data Access Management Risk Management Team. Manage relationships with internal and external partners to ensure that Recertification is done in a timely manner; while meeting program objectives. Experience with operational and/or compliance risk management and risk assessments. Experience in Key Risk Indicators and Risk Analysis Strong analytical, Project management and communication abilities Self-starter with excellent interpersonal, organizational, project management, and analytical skills to perform assessment activities Review and understand all outstanding audit issues regarding Recertification of File shares, SharePoint, Servers and Shared Mailboxes Support the development of a remediation plan to address the audit issues Review and understand all DB Policies supporting File Shares, SharePoint, Servers, Applications and Shared Mailboxes Generate a project plan Required Knowledge/Skills: Extensive, in-depth and proven experience in project management and people management Significant knowledge in Information Security and concepts, specifically Access Controls Significant knowledge of Unstructured Data, File Shares, SharePoint and Exchange Shared Mailboxes Excellent communication, negotiation, networking, and influencing skills Proficient speaking and presentation skills Experienced at prioritizing and looking at the big picture (key problem to be solved), without becoming caught up in details Open minded and empathetic (with customers and users) Ability to work in fast paced environments Ability to prioritize and to move work forward, while juggling (daily) urgent requests Passion about sharing knowledge and best practice Proven managerial experience Fluent in English (written/verbal) Role Attributes: Managing Relationships: Teamwork Communication Integrity, trust & fairness Customer & service orientation Global effectiveness & diversity creation Negotiation & conflict resolution Technical and Product Skills: Technology knowledge & expertise Business & product knowledge Risk management & control Intellectual:   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
