These key applications require critical integration and implementation as defined by MoDOT and the availability of funds. The specific services to be provided under this PAQ are unknown at this time, including the total number of deliverables, hours, and cost. The Offeror and MoDOT will agree on the scope, timing, and cost of each deliverable before the commencement of work. Minimum skillsets required by the individual performing the work under the resulting contract must include; • Experience working with applications that are SharePoint clients • Expertise with Web Services (both creating and consuming), IBM Rational Application Developer (RAD), IBM Websphere Application Server (WAS), IBM Websphere MQ 7.0, JDBC, JNDI and MDB • 10+ years of experience developing web applications using Java, JSP, and Javascript, and provide a narrative of experience • 5+ years of experience developing web applications using JQuery and HTML5, and provide a narrative of experience • Knowledge in Apache Struts 1.X Framework and Spring Framework • In depth knowledge of Oracle database functionality (including Stored Procedures, user-defined functions and advanced PL/SQL) • Advanced knowledge of the Linux and Windows Server operating systems • Experience with Linux shell scripting and Windows services • Documented experience troubleshooting complex systems and diagnosing performance issues • Must demonstrate ability to effectively communicate with internal and external partners Some of the key MoDOT systems are: • MoDOT Human Resources (HRIS) • MoDOT Bridge, Design and Construction Engineering Applications • MoDOT Contractor Performance Rating System • MoDOT Blueprint – Safety & Traffic • MoDOT Bid Letting • MoDOT Employee Information Systems • MoDOT EPA Stormwater Compliance Monitoring System=   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
